Lew
Halpert is CEO of Sycamore. Drawing upon more than 35 years of real
estate experience and 16 years of partner level experience at
Kennedy-Wilson, he has been involved in the acquisition, rehabilitation
and resale of more than $3 Billion dollars of real estate throughout the
United States and internationally. In addition to Kennedy-Wilson, K-W
Residential Investment Properties and KWP Financial, he previously
founded Halpert and Associates, an independent brokerage firm.
Thereafter he formed HSM, which assisted financial institutions in the
marketing and sale of REO assets.
Throughout his career, Lew has served on various corporate boards and
has also dedicated his time to numerous charitable activities. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Sonoma.
Lew currently resides in Pacific Palisades, California with his wife and
two children.
