Flynn
Dan Flynn
is vice president of Sycamore and is responsible for property due
diligence, acquisitions, dispositions and property management. He has
been involved in the residential development business in California for
12 years. He has purchased, entitled and financed over 2,000 homes
throughout southern California, from semi-custom detached homes to
mid-rise condominium developments, including numerous multi-family and
mixed-use projects in Orange and San Diego counties.
Daniel
graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelors
and Masters degree in English Literature. He is a guest lecturer at
UCI’s accredited Light Construction and Development Management program
and is a past Executive Council member of the Urban Land Institute. He
currently resides in Irvine, California.
