Nancy
Epstein is responsible for finance and accounting. She has
been involved in commercial real estate and construction accounting
for over 11 years and has been an accountant for 30 years. Nancy
interfaces with our construction lenders and outside CPA firm to ensure
that all financial matters are handled efficiently.
Nancy
graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelors
degree in Accounting Cum Laude, 1979. She earned her Certification as a
Public Accountant in 1981 and spent her first decade in practice with a
large National Accounting Firm followed by three years in investment
banking. Nancy also holds a Masters degree in Business Taxation and
lives in Brentwood, California.
