Mitchell Bradford
Mitchell
Bradford is president of Sycamore and oversees the day to day operations
of the company. He has been involved in the homebuilding industry in
southern California for the past 20 years, serving in senior roles at
companies including Kaufman and Broad, Ryland, William Lyon Homes and
John Laing Homes. He has purchased and sold more than a billion dollars
of properties in his career. He has also entitled more than 5,000
residential lots in various southern California jurisdictions. His only
foray outside of the development business occurred in 1991 - 1994 when
he served as a Vice President within the Security Pacific/BofA OREO
group, based in downtown Los Angeles, overseeing disposition of
homebuilder related land and residential developments. He spent the
first five years of his career with Grubb and Ellis selling residential
land to builders and investors.
Mitchell
is the first past president of the Southern California Building Industry
Association and is also past president of the Orange County chapter of
the BIA. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors
degree in business administration. He resides in Corona Del Mar,
California with his wife and two children.
